This award was given to me by Tina thank you so much Tina for my award and for all the compliment at being a whizz with the cricut you placed on your blog about me, I do love that bug/more so the design studio.
Tina is so talented go take a look over at her blog, you won't be disappointed.
I would like to pass this award onto JenC as she is also a whizz at using the Cricut and her designs are out of this world, visit her blog here Brain things... JenC is very talented and deserves this award as she will help anyone if they were to ask, therefore to my friend over the pond, it gives me great pleasure to present you with this award. You truely are a friend to everyone.
I made this card for a work colleagues son whose birthday is tomorrow, unfortunately I never had a cut file for what she wanted so I asked my friend from over the pond to design me the cut file, which she was happy to do. Thank you JenC for your amazing cut file and for taking the time to design it for me, I think the young man for whom it's for will love it, again thank you.
The cut file is designed using 'George and Basic Shapes' now if you would like this cut file you will need to visit JenC's blog and request it.
I added the finishing touches from the photo Jen sent me for which she designed the cut file on. The Happy Birthday was made using Pooh font, which gives it a great touch.
I use to be quite arty as a child and I have drawn this fan tail owl several times; I have seen a lot of cards/cut files with owls so I wanted to share my design as a cut file, I'm liking the finished look. I have designed this to be used as either a Tree card or your simple basic cut file.
This is for a baby shower this sunday and the theme is Noah's Ark. Carla Schenks designed the file for the multi use carton, just click on her name to visit her blog full of wonderful creations and Debi (abusyfamilyof6) use the animals that I designed to decorate it! I feel so proud and honoured that Debi shared the end project, allowing both Carla and I to feature it on our blogs. Congrats once again, you did an awesome job.
My mum asked me to design a camel along with a few other suggestions so this is for my mum, well here is the checky chappy! I shall be posting a different design too, on completion so many designs flying through my mind!
Karen was happy to share with me her creation from the lion cut file, she made this card for her great grandson, you will agree the cut looks great once all put together and adding a background. Karen used chalks to soften the look of the lion and for the cage she did a spot of recycling using the mesh used in stores to prevent liqiour bottles banging together which she happened upon. Thankyou Karen a job well done.
This card was in the latest edition of making cards magazine, which my sister scanned and printed onto card, it has the lettering from cursive font cut in real size! Just to make it standout!! The message is written behind the door. Went down well. Meet Kiva-Leigh
I was asked whether I would be making a giraffe cut file by a fellow crafter on the cricut mother board, so while away at the weekend and when almost everyone had hit their beds I designed him, my sister Shell thought he was cute! What do you think? Then my mum asked what's next??? So, it will be a case of watch this space!!
Whilst I don't charge for the downloading of any of my cut files, you can all appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes into my designs. If you would like to make a small donation via paypal by way of thanks, it would be gratefully appreciated.
